AGC Consultants has experience performing mold inspections, ranging from visual assessments, to collecting environmental samples to determine mold concentrations in the air or on surfaces. We also perform moisture mapping using non-intrusive and/or intrusive direct readings instrumentation to determine if moisture in entering an area of the building that you may be unaware of.
AGC is currently up-to-date with the ever-changing guidelines concerning mold inspections and remediation projects. All recommendations derived from our inspections are in accordance with accepted guidelines determined by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), New York City Mold Guidelines, Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). All findings will be reviews by our Florida Licensed Mold Assessor who also is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) through the American council for Accredited Certification (ACAC).
